If we've never met, I'm Jim, self-proclaimed "Pain Detective" with a mission to solve the mysteries your body has been desperately trying to tell you about.

Unlike the popular advice of generic exercises and ‘you will just have to live with it’ comments, I’ve spent the last 20+ developing a different way of thinking and understanding the body and why it holds onto pain. This led me to discover Nerve Locks.

My client list reads like a "Who's Who" of people who believed they'd tried everything to fix their pain - elite athletes with career-threatening injuries, celebrities who couldn't perform, and everyday heroes who just wanted to pick up their kids without wincing.
